When ordering online, you will recieve this information immediately if paying by credit card. If you choose to mail
your payment in, or do not know the number of invitations being sent, you will receive this information within 24 hours or ordering.
2. Do you contact guest(s) who do not respond by the required date?
Yes. We will begin calling guests who have not RSVP'd approximately 1 week before your final guest count is needed.
3. Do I order my invitations from you?
No. We do not sell invitations. You order your invitations from the vendor of your choice. You should contact RSVP Services
prior to having your invitations printed so we can give you the information to be printed on them.
4. At what stage of the planning process do I order your services?
Order the service before ordering your invitations. You will be given a toll-free number, web address, and personalized
extension number to have printed on your invitation or reception card.
Payment is due before guest(s) begin to RSVP. We can work with you, and exceptions can be made.
6. What do guests who RSVP online see?
We give you automated tools to build a custom homepage with event information, registry details, hotel accomidations, photos,
music, wedding party, and more. You can add as little or as much as you want.
7. How do I submit my Guest List to you?
You can send us your guest list, phone numbers included, via postal mail, email, or fax. You may also upload your guest list
when logged in to www.rsvpservices.com in Excel (.xls) format. Please

8. How should RSVP information be displayed on the invitation?
Most brides put the RSVP information on their reception cards, or on the invitation itself.
9. How often can I get an update on guest confirmations?
Your up-to-date guest list is available to you 24 hours a day
via our web site. You will create a
username and
password to access this information when you sign up.
10. What additional information can you provide to my guest(s) as they RSVP?
We can provide additional information such as meal choices, registry information, and more. Having an adult only
wedding? We can help keep it that way.
11. How do we provide the information to appear on our Wedding Day Homepage?
Once you order our service, you will be able to login to www.rsvpservices.com. From here, you create the homepage with our
easy-to-use Homepage Control Panel.
12. How do guest(s) reach our Wedding Day Homepage?
Guests reach your wedding day homepage by visiting our reservations
site,
www.sendrsvp.com,
and inputting the 3 digit extension number also printed on
your invitation.
13. What information can be displayed on our Wedding Day Homepage?
Details of the Ceremony, Reception, and Accommodations. Directions
to each of these facilities. Gift Registries with links to
their web site. Wedding Party Details. A picture of the Bride
and Groom. Photo Albums. A music soundtrack. Links to other websites. Message board. A place to RSVP.
14. How long will our RSVP Homepage be available?
Your RSVP Homepage will be available from the time you order the service to 4 months after your event.
