How it Works Your invited guests can respond by telephone or online 24 hours a day. Guests who RSVP by phone will hear a greeting personalized to your wedding, and can be provided with other information at your request. Guests who RSVP online will do so by visiting www.sendrsvp.com and entering in your extension number. You will also get the tools to easily create a personalized RSVP webpage, tailored to your wedding, along with an administrator page from which you can access your reservations. How to use RSVP Services: Contact Us Before Ordering Your Wedding Invitations When using RSVP Services®, you purchase invitations from the vendor of your choice. Prior to having them printed, contact us to set up an account and get your personalized toll-free telephone number, extension number, and web address to be written or have printed on your invitations. Your Guests RSVP by Phone or Online When your guests receive an invitation they will submit their response to us using our reservation website or toll-free 24 hour reservation line. Finalize Your Guest List Prior to your event, RSVP Services® will contact the guests who haven't yet responded to your invitation. Your guest list will be finalized approximately one week later. This service is provided at no additional cost to you.
